If people who have downloaded tickets are not present when the workshop is about to begin, their places will be filled by anyone else who wants to take part.
These workshops help children learn about the world of cooking as they play. Gastronomix is a social project that promotes gastronomy and personal recycling, and in these workshops they teach us how to make gingerbread biscuits to decorate the Christmas tree and other typical American sweets for the festive season, as if we were playing a game.
